Norwood Dental Centre (“we”, “us”) operates two dental clinics in Edmonton, Alberta, and this website. We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
- Appointment requests. When you submit our appointment form we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred location, preferred day and time, and anything you choose to tell us about your appointment needs.
- Direct contact. If you phone or email us, we collect the information you provide so we can respond and book your care.
- Website data. Like most websites, we may collect technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, through cookies and similar technologies.
Your dental and health records are collected and managed at our clinics under separate clinical privacy practices and applicable health-records requirements. This policy covers our website and marketing activity.
How we use your information
- To respond to appointment requests and questions, and to confirm and manage bookings.

- To understand how visitors find and use our site, so we can serve our community better.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Appointment requests for children should be submitted by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website.
